More snow, more recording... Quadelectronic postponed another week to give weather a chance to clear
Govannen @ NSPCC
Got a Burns Night charity ceilidh gig for NSPCC at Aston Villa Football ground in Brum - a pretty swish affair - 90 quid a ticket. We all travelled in one car which was a first... Lotta time to kill but we were again given a three course meal. Ceilidh got there in the end but it took us a while to realsie that these folks weren't that into Scottish things and as a group didnlt know eachother. Got there in the end. Saw one man donate 1.4Million pounds to NSPCC childline...
Govannen @ Jubilee, Bourne
We were a bit trepidatious to play at the Jubilee - we enjoyed playing at Smiths over the road for years and they moved the music to their other pub - we had played there before but it was a bit noisy. However all went pretty well and they had changed the place abit. It needed a rockin set and that's what we gave out and it felt good. Our friend Jo was having her 50th birthday so was partying all around us.
