Uncle & iPad

unclechristoWent to visit with my 96 year old Uncle Roy in Oxfordshire - he was given a new iPad which it was thought might help him to be able to read easier with a lit background. Cousin Nick was there, and G had gathered together a lunch. The iPad setup, unlike the smooth set-up experienced for our one at Xmas unfortunately took forever, mostly as TalkTalk his ISP email doesn't really work on iPad. Was able to set him up with books, The Times and some basics before it was time to drive home. Nice to hear old stories about mom.
