unclechristoDecided I needed to fight back on the health/tiredness front and have taken to having amore determined walk in the day - I;m so unfit - My limit at the moment is the museum and back (about 3miles) - seems to be helping - still getting the odd post-viral moment but generally I think I;m improving.

I got the new Evergrey album - gloomy as ever - still trying to find the right moment for it - not quite in as prog metal a head I have been. Mind you hearing a new track previewed online by Pagans Mind made me realise how much I love them - when I was low this week it was a real shot in the arm - they are very UP and I love the way it goes all over the place- plus they sing about time travel and returning to the stars :-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMS9JZQKSA8 Looking forward to seeing them live in May.
