Been recording songs by day as and when I can - see recording blog http://unclechristo.tumblr.com/
Got a very short notice gig on the Tues 25th - a wake - they wanted violin and Adele couldn't make it, Nicky was moving house, but she reminded me Roger Wilson was in town. We'd never played a duop together but I knew he'd be fine. All went very easily - Roger mostly played jigs & reels and I hung on on guitar, occasionally doing one on flute or kalimba. The mourners were mostly having dinner. The pub landlady said they would like to book us again and several people asked for cards - not bad as we diodnlt really have a set.
Quadelectronic 32 was a contrast that evening - we had 11 players - including 2 new ones, tho known to me. I was a little tired after the lunchtime wake gig but it went pretty well. My fave improv being this one
