I think since the heavy recording sessions began 8 months ago for those last 4 new age albums I feel I have just not had my head in a lot of the nice nerdy activities i used to spend a lot of time on. Website, myspace maintainance, Livejournaling and Livejournal friendspage reading. Mp3 encoding CDbaby minding etc. The odd times I;ve had an evening free i just didnlt seem to do much more than the minimum.Quickly write up a gig or something. I guess when the recording stopped the gigs got really busy too so I haven;t picked up like I thought I would post-recording. Also for a while - because recording was so much the norm I got to a space where I couldn;t remember what i did before recording - and kinda felt like I was wasting my time if I just aimlessly webbed. 

Just had a look back at LJfriends pages and eeep! Missed birthdays, how did Allison break her arm? Was it her arm? and now her cast is coming off, and I didnlt know she;d broken anything, Tim & Annie moved, Sibs new hairstyle - how did it turn out? German elections, Smac ets a green card, Tiefling watches as Athens burns... - etc etc etc... Jeepers. Sorry for not commenting and missing big events, everyone.

Well - good news is all those albums are dispatched and I can't see me getting that kind of recording workload again. I still haven't quite felt like getting stuck into the webworld as I'm going thru my early autumn sleepy phase - but hey - I did read LJfriends going back a few weeks so thats a start.

Now I;m at a time where i want to get the BIG pad out and make lists, plans, priorities, green sky thinking , as I call it. Perhaps skewed more to "what do I want to do" rather than "what things do I have to do"

I've spent about the past 4 days with the chorus to Three-headed Girl popping into my head at random times. It's a bit surreal, but it makes me happy.
