Got my PRS royalty and statement - seems to be everyone is paying me all of a sudden which is nice.
Apparently a tune of mine - Rendezvous With Rama -  was heard on BBCTVs Who Do You Think You Are? (actually they only used 30secs of it) , and MTVs reality tv show Next, and on Bulgarian TV.It is my most airplayed piece. Another - Seven Wonders - was played on Polish TV. All this tv play bagged me...19pounds.
Oddly I got 85quid for playing one song in a cafe in Loughborough whilst being logged by one of PRS's tallyers.  PRS is always a mystery...

Did a little website work in the arvo.

Got a spot at The Big Session Festival - just a small tend slot but I am chuffed to get it. Another couple of gigs came in on the phone too. Throat still sore - fevers seems to be going away. Sluggish - gonna have to take it easy.

Yes, those royalties are a bit weird. But yay airplay, even if only as background music - at the very least it means those who decided on what music to use have heard & like your stuff enough to use it. :)
