walk - Foxton

Every so often I know it is good for me to do something out of my comfort zone - hence I did a 6.2mile walk in the countryside on a sunny day. The walk, near Foxton Locks is a fave of G's as it covers fields, canal and hills. It was a bit of a struggle for me with the sun, and newish boots but i did it. Ouch!! my feet and legs knew they had done it when I got home though... I had walked 5 miles round town at a poster drop the previous Thursday but the mixed terrain was a bit harder going..
