Quiet & Kind Words
Apr. 24th, 2015 01:37 amA quiet day. Radio phoned interview for Harborough Radio at 9.20am... but no studio music to work on yet - resisting temptation to start next album - a quiet spell for gigs coming up too. But I posted an invoice and an oven door and had a long phone chat with my brother. Wasn't quite ready to get stuck into paperwork & accounts. I had a few good thoughts though.
PLUS I was delighted to get, randomly, and from 3 different sources, some lovely kind compliments and thanks about my music, each one talking about a different genre. :-)
One said - "Please keep on making new music for your audience. Your songs make us think, disturb, reflect, bounce, smile and just be human sometimes which is really healthy."
Another said just "Thank you for your very beautiful and healing music xxxx"
Getting any feedback is pretty rare so all the nicer when it happens 3 times in one day. :-)
