Cold/Recording
Jan. 8th, 2008 01:01 pmMy lungs are still a bit rubbish and it looks like the cold is here to stay a while - better in the daytime but I;d better take it easy and stay warm.
I actually did some recording - even managed to sing in the afternoon - there was a song of mine on the Bridget album I wanted to have a go at and after replacing her vocals with mine and stacking up the percussion and adding organ I like it so it is in the album - which probably means something will have to go as I;m hitting the hour mark and the lable usually makes 50mins CDs. This does make 3 drone based Celtic-ish songs on the album which might be one too many. I shall see how it flows. Neil comes round for recording session tomorrow.
The Circus Maximus CD I ordered on my birthday finally arrived - it;'ll have to wait til I;m back in a rock head (i;m in a electronic and modern classical head at the moment.) Thats the problem with ordering online.
