Luckily (and I'd forgotten she was coming) Maureen Anderson came round to work on a Quit Smoking CD - nothing like a new project to sort my head out. Was more time consuming than we thought - we went thru her script, alternated narration and 5 hours later that part was done. I now need to edit, clean recordings, and add some relaxation music. She thinks she cand get drug company backing to bring it out. Was quite funny trying to straighten out her strong Sth African accent here & there... I found I could narrate quite well.
Then dinner (veggiebanger, corn chowder soup & salad), bath, book, lie down and felt better for it.
Realised the week ahead's gigs had gotten out of hand and cancelled/got swap for Sat night gig or else I'd've been doing 7 gigs in 5 days which is not good for the system. Still doing 6 in 5, but 3 are only half/split gigs.
