After breakfast and doze in the hotel I looked out for an adventure/activity and found one. The Old Royal Naval College had a tour of the painted ceiling, going up on the restorer's platform. This would invove a traip on the clipper boat to Greenwich which I'd not done before - it went quite fast and I was there in no time passing Canary Wharf along the way.

The ceiling was painted in 1700 and was quite a thing - in fact the building was made so lush the sailors of the day weren't comfortable being in it. Later it became a dining room. After that I was recommended to see the chapel which was amazing too. I was tired by then so headed for the train station 2 hours early for dinner and a sit.

It was a great trip and in the 2 days I'd walked 19 miles!
