3 Govannen ceilidh gigs - Whissendine + Bicester twice.

Fri 25th - Whissendine
At the village hall for a friend of the band's birthday we had a village hall type of gig. The ceilidh was working the best so we mostly stuck with that.

Sat 26th
Quite a trek to Bicester Tythe Barn for a wedding ceilidh. It all went very smoothly and ended fairly early for us as they had a disco. They needed some persuasion to dance but they enjoyed it once they did it. Left home at 4pm and got home at 1am so quite a long day.

Monday 28th
Back to the Tythe Barn in Bicester - Roger wasnt with us for this one though - quite a different vibe from Saturday - a largely Scottish vibe and folky lasses getting married were jolly - one played the fiddle really well. All were very keen ceilidh dancers, and despite us being tired we enjoyed the night.
