Govannen - Shingay cum Wendy

A wedding gig with Govannen. Pleasant enough, but the drive was hit by traffic jams, roadworks and road closures in both directions - added up to 5 hours of driving for 90 mins playing. Funny moment - A tipsy lass wobbled into the room, saying, "You'll have to excuse me - I'm not very good at drinking." I told her that she seemed to be quite good at it... :-)
A14 closed in 2 places on the way home which added an hour to the journey. One of those drives where you have to use all the tricks to stay awake - apples, blasts with open windows, loud prog metal on hi-fi, make self sneeze, get out for a stretch... etc... Got home at 1am.
