Recording for Vikki Clayton... already...

So Vikki & Neil got me round to record keyboards on 2 tracks - only to find that they had forgotten I'd recorded them already a few weeks ago... So I just stayed and helped with a track mix...

The timing was funny too. Call before I left saying they want Hammond organ sound on one song so bring the best keyboard for that. I pack up the keyboard, am carrying it downstairs - another call - "forget the organ keyboard, we forgot you'd already recorded it on that song. Get to the studio to do other song - maybe electric piano , maybe organ. We go hunting for the sounds, try them with the track - then I say "I'm really sure I've done this before." Neil checks his screen, flicks a switch, keyboards appear. "You're right, you have!"


Me -"What kind of shonky studio is this??!!
