Govannen - Notts Univ & Cottesmore

Back to Govannen duty - one wedding at Nottingham University on the Sat 27th which went smoothly though it was hot, Dan was very poorly and I wa s abit under power myself.

Next gig was an anniversary party at Cottesmore with Govannen again. The crowd obviously weren;t into ceilidh dancing, or moving really - so we reverted to playing a mellow set of popular songs which suited them better. Felt a bit like playing a supper club. Once we realised how things were it was fine.
