Played 2 schools in the day with Govannen - a special school with handicapped kids, and a different school a leaving do for a teacher - both ceilidhs... Then I just had time to change, eat and pack for...

QE46 attracted 13 players including a new one. It was anight of dryer electronics - more space between the crackles & fizzes. I took my complete theremin & effects kit down - last time I'd just taken a piano. 3 players made noiseboxes froms cratch so that perhaps pushed things into that area. I even tried a first for me with a water bottle - electronic gargling... thru all my effects it made quite a sound. I also had a vocal trio with Ola & Linda which was nice and modern-classical sounding. I was abit tired as it was my third gig of the day...

Next day Govannen had a private party at Joules Yard in Market Harborough. Mostly folks were eating so we tried some new songs - mostly for the party set.
