Quadelectronic 22 / stuff

Quadelectronic 22 - we had 9 players including 2 bass players which puts things into a more riffing rhythmic set of improvisations than usual. I did a solo in order to practise for my 30min solo session at Hands Off in a couple of weeks in London- here's my solo - didlt quite go according to plan but it was OK http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDUexnsdvVQ

This week otherwise is quiet gigwise and have been hoping to get round to 1001 things  - most of them dull - eg computer filing etc, website stuff etc. I ought to do a big ebay CD sale too. I also sold a 3 In Concert DVDs and a couple fo electronic cds online which had to be run off so that was cool.

I finished Jack McDevitts Seeker which i really enjoyed - nice slow pace and not too much action - which he's less good at - easy read. As a challenge and a change I started The Sykaos Papers by EP Thompson, who i discover is a Marxist historian. Its an alien visit to Earth very much from the aliens point of view - so far very well done.

I also finished Mary Tyler Moore Show Season 2 and started The Twilight Zone Season 4 (the 1hour eps) and my final Zone box. I now only rerally watch TV out of boxes. Ordered some Sgt Bilko.
