another track done

Finished another Moonchants track yesterday - 11 down, 6 to go. I keep thinking I ought to be getting these done quicker, especially as I have a system, but actually there aren;t any shortcuts in the process, Laying down 5 or 6 layers of vocals then 2 of frame drum plus soloing instrument and sound effects, on top of choosing the rhythm, and synth chords and patches on top of sorting a structure out is just gonna take time, It slows things down if I have to structurally fix anything once the tracks are all down.

Nice quiet night in reading, watching a bit of the Within Temptation Black Symphony DVD and more reading. Getting into the Ian McDonald Brasyl book now, plus the Glinsky - Theremin & Espionage is hotting up too.
