(no subject)

Japanese label got back to me - they aren't interested in releasing Chocolate Bossa - ah well. Time to look around for some more labels - hd a bit of a look around on the web but many labels look no bigger than Oblong. I reworked the writing on the back of the album cover art. Burned and printed a copy but ran out of time to post.

last night gigged with Andy the sax - was OK - but I was a bit tired and uninspired.

Today tired too - in the middle of 4 gigs in a  row and I havent got my energy back from the busy weekend. Playing hand is hurting more too.
In evening played at the Walkers football stadium function suite for the foriegn business students I played for at the weekend with the ceilidh. Some recognised me. Lots and lots of photo taking like last time. A little japanese lady asked to sing with us - Route 66 - she was very good and we were surrounded by a crowd of photo takers and an African guy and japanese lady danced in front of us. An African guy followed to sing - Summertime - not so good but enthusiastic.

very tired boy now.... wedding gig tomorrow out of town - start playing at 3.15pm eep...

some DVDs arrived from Amazon minisplurge - Addams Family series 2, and Down Argentine Way (30s Carmen Miranda vehicle)
