was a relief that the sun went away today. Rain was welcome too - and grey skies made things easier despite humidity.

Council ratpeople came - looked down our livingroom inspection hole and said - yes they wiill do their drain test sometime - which was what they said last time. Good news is we might've found a builder who will take up floor and secure below-floor.
Went to bank, did some domestic tidying, vaguely sorting for Edinburgh, sorted out Neil; & Electra on an internet chore - then gigged in evening with Andy the Guitar.
Pretty much routine - my fingers were quite lively keyboardwise tonight. Surprising how many folks were out ona rainy night in Leicester.

got to airport - everything fine then....announcement - technical problem with plane -
in the end only a 90minute delay

choppy flight and very bumpy landing
Made it to Edinburgh, tho !
PMR picked me up from airport bless'im with Seimi
Looks like outdoor gigs are gonna be in jeaopardy coz of the constant rain... evening gigs not had much coverage so will be very thin methinks...
Ah well - it's nice to be here...
