ran off some CDrs and covers - free gift Live ones I neglected to send with recent purchases.

Then it was Healing Drums work - I mixed a little piece, remixed the 12min track (yes I heard a wobbly beat after all) - then assembled everything ina n order onto a CDr and later int he day I listened -...and learned
1. a possible running order
2. that 3 pieces needed remixing for rather time consuming reasons - including the 12min piece - the one that refuses to lay down and die!

That was the rest of the day gone - I'm now where i thought I was this afternoon - except with slightly improved tracks...

That's enough for tonight - now..Dr Phibes Rises Again DVD....

PS - actually - and rather oddly Theatre of Blood also starring Vincent price was on the TV so I watched that instead - just finished - fun but I prefer Phibes...

Late last night I discovered that the 1st Healing Drums track I'd edited/mixed/mastered needed a few fixes - obviously I've got better at editing since then. So I remixed a few times and mastered and now I think I have all the pieces mixed mastered and declicked and on a CDr - I now await a few mini-tracks of solo percussion from ChrisP.

This took me up til the time it was time to gig with Dan at the May Fayre in the very pretty old town of Stamford, Lincolnshire -
see panoramic
we played in this square -

Always a good vibe in Stamford - the weather held and we rocked - sold 9 CDs. 45min set - our hits set plus soem Irish and a bit of rocknroll at the end.
Wish, On My Way, When Will We Be Married, Alien Jellyfish Song, Snow & The Fire, Long Day's Waitig, Seems Like You Just Don't Care/Lost Highway medley
After us were band of pals of mine Paspatout who were great as usual - world music par excellence with all manner of instruments.
The evening turned sunny and it was a really nice vibe -

Came home to lodgers veg curry, Time Team Special on TV and I'm sleepy....

PS - hear Karlheinz Stockhausen talk online about his electronic piece Oktophonie and you can hear about half of the piece here - http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/radio3_aod.shtml?hearandnow

one of his mellow ones...
