Bad night sleep last night - I think coz it got really warm - woke at 4, and 6am - got up to get cool - then back to bed.

Actually got stuff done tho
- finished website update and posted it up
- the Jackie Leven mastering job needed some more work - I did it and packaged up the CDrs to send him
- was listening to my piano album -still heard some frequencies I could live without - subtracted them thus remastered the piano album again - will leave it and listen again soon
- catchup chat with Elle on the phone
- made nice dinner - tortolini with butternut squach in tomato sauce with mozzerella and green cabbage
- gigged in evening in Oakham with Dan - nice to see Martin GK there tho as usual time for chatting was short and I was tired - nice to see Dave the Sax too, and Paul McClure. We won the noisy room round and even sold a CD - Rainbow Real and Alien Jellyfish Song amused the young audience...

weird -a friend of mine Jeff I've not seen in years contacted me thu the web, and sent some recordings of me from 10 years ago with boogy piano man Bob Kelly & his wife Nancy Whiskey (both of whome are sadly no longer with us) and others at a piano party gig
He also included a cleaned up CDr of a cassette album I made with a bunch of pals around local busker Toffy McDougall - very psychedelic with hippy jams, sitars, mega reverbs, flutes - I remember the session well but hadn't heard it in years - we were called Toffy McDougall & The Primal Soup Troubadours - i might remaster it and put it on the web - I haven't seen Toffy in years either. Was a real pleasure to hear it.

Put 13 CDs on ebay which took a while - mostly some promos and the odd thing I can live without. 3 have bids already.

Realised I needed to get out and see folks so I dropped in on Ellie & Evie with some mattar panneer, chana bateta & rice and a samosa. Ellie was washed out coz of little one's week long nocturnal cough, Evie is better but still coughy.

Then I felt really sleepy - but I'd promised to go to the local venue and record Paul McClure's gig with my minidisk. It was his album launch and he was doing support for Harry Chapin's brother Tom. Not many there - about 10, and everyone was there to see Paul !
I was feeling reaaallly sleepy so I hit the road after Paul's slot...
Early bed for me.
