Nothingy Day

Congradulations first on Andrea & Tom on the arrival of their new child.!

Not a great deal achieved today - i did deliver the posters for the electronic gig to the venue and chatted with the owners.

And I did deliver the invoice and get paid for the Indian Dance gig.
Catch-up calls had with Ellie, and K48. Tried tocall on Ellie & Evie later but they were out.

Partially set up electronic kit but got bored after plugging in 15 wires and moving the room around with still no noisemaking in sight... I'll try and plug in some more things now and set up the theremin and then just watch a film... Otherwise I'll be running tests into the night...

(no subject)

Lu thought I needed fresh air so came round and dragged me out for stroll and visit Thursdays solo venue to check it out, a bookshop, and to go to cafe run by old friends of mine which was pleasant.

After she went I got ready for restaurant gig - 1st time earning in a while so that was good - forgot my mike (it was connected to my harmonizer) but no bad thing as I did it just sans-voice which was good as I got call from Big Neil - there isa plan agfoot that involves me recording some solo paino on a huuuge Steinway Grand at the Museum so I got to think about what to record.
Only bad thing is my stamina for 3hour piano playing isn;t back and fingers are a bit tender now...

jus read some emails - a couple of gigs vanished for diverse reasons - ...sigh...
