lurgy x 2 - duo gig @ The Looking Glass

Odd week after a lively one. Got a stomach bug which mercifully lasted only 2 days. Had to cry off going to Quadelectronic - only the 2nd one I;d missed in 6 years. Then got well enough to play duo jazz/blues gig with Geoff Overon at The Looking Glass. Was the usual laid back fun and it was nice some chums came to see us. Unfortunately as the gig went on I developed a sore throat and croaky voice. Not a good night sleep, then I wasn't much use in the day - had long nap in the afternoon and felt better for it. On the mend? Cold not happened yet? Not sure... Just an edgyness of expectation...
