Oct. 23rd, 2002 11:47 pmOK so I've been busy and travelling - since the last entry I...
1. rehearsed with Lindaji and Andy from Jazz Orient and talked band stuff and jammed. Went to Vietnamese dinner with them and Anja who was also there
2. succesfully passed on 200 CDs and press releases to my record company for the distributors
3. hung out with Anja on the Friday in London as planned - I spent too much money buying books, CDs and Tarkovsky's - Mirror - on DVD.
4. came back to Leicester and gigged on Sat at the restaurant. Anja had w/e free so came to Leicester to see how Andromedans live.
5. gigged with the jazz band on Sun pm - cool gig which went well. I sold 5 CDs :-)
6. had some days off so returned to London thus giving Anja a lift back.
7. returned today to catch up on post, mail and email and phone calls - took most of the afternoon - and played at Mexican place with Andy the saxman
other stuff...
1. the Ayurveda new age CD is gonna come out - the record company accepted it - and very soon too - possibly have copies in 2 weeks or so... I had to send photos and blurb for the artwork for the CD. I get to keep the PRS for the music too which is a relief.
2. The Flower Kings official bootleg CD came today - cool! Nice to hear Garden of Dreams live
3. had nice chat with Sib on the phone
4. sold most CDs I had for sale at ebay - cool.
the next few days i must
1. Must work on website,
2. promotion for CDs - sending packs out
3. wind up ebay sales.
4. catch up on gig phonecalls
5. do the washing, and domestic stuff etc, - breathe, eat etc...
6. gig on Fri and Sat.
